Responsibility is a natural part of our everyday lives. From flexible children's furniture that lasts for generations, to waste sorting, recycling and a safe working environment for our employees – we work to create value that extends beyond the children's room.

One bed for a lifetime

Children grow and their needs change throughout their childhood. With a Manis-h bed, you only need one bed – from the first years as a toddler to the teenage bedroom and even into adulthood. Our unique construction system makes it possible to convert the bed to always suit the child's age and needs: from cot to junior bed, to high bed, bunk bed, pull-out bed – and back to a single bed again.

Many families therefore choose to keep their Manis-h bed at home, even when the children have moved away. As a guest bed or single bed, it retains its strength and timeless design – a piece of furniture that can be used for generations.

Furniture in circulation

Our design philosophy is based on the idea of ​​reuse and longevity. When parts are no longer in use, they can be replaced, resold or passed down. You can also buy extra parts used yourself, so the bed can always be adapted to the family's needs. This way, our furniture stays in circulation and gives joy for many years to come.

We use recycled cardboard in our packaging and produce everything at our own factory in Østrup between Horsens and Juelsminde. Our furniture is painted with a mild, water-based paint without harmful chemicals – for us it is important that they are safe for both the children and the world around them.

Social responsibility close to us

Responsibility is not only about products, but also about people. At Manis-h, we are proud to have been recognized for our efforts as an inclusive workplace. We take social responsibility by helping citizens on the edge of the labor market into jobs, giving young people with challenges a safe start through work trials and creating a framework where different needs can be accommodated.

For us, it is natural to take part in the community and contribute to both well-being and development - just as it is natural to create a safe environment for your child.

Security as a cornerstone

All our furniture is safety tested according to current EU standards for high and bunk beds. They have no dangerous openings, they have the optimal and safety-tested distance between all openings, as well as soft, rounded corners, so that you as a parent can feel completely safe.
