Mid-height children's bed - safe sleep and imaginative play in one bed
Frej is the perfect mid-height children's bed , where function and imagination merge in a safe and inspiring setting. Here your child can sleep peacefully and safely at night – surrounded by high, protective bed rails in a design of your choice – and wake up to a whole universe of play and coziness under the bed.
The bottom edge of the bed creates an ideal setting for cave building, storage or just a little cozy nook. Here you can decorate with blankets, pillows and adventures – and if you want even more play, Frej can be combined with a slide like in our popular Loki combination.
Frej is available in lengths of 160 cm, 190 cm and 200 cm , and the ladder can be mounted on both the right and left sides, so it fits perfectly into your room and everyday life. As part of our flexible modular bed universe, Frej can grow and change with the child – from a mid-height bed to a high bed, bunk bed, single bed with pull-out bed and much more.
With three different designs on the bed rail and many beautiful colors to choose from , you can create a bed that fits your child's personality and the style of your home. Use the bed configurator to play with the expression - and create a completely unique bed solution that is both beautiful, practical and full of soul.
Frej is of course tested and approved according to applicable safety standards - so you can safely let your child dream, play and grow in bed every single day.

Safety & Requirements
Safety without compromise – your child's sleep is not the place to skimp
All our beds are tested and approved according to European requirements by the Danish Technological Institute:
- Baby cots: EN 716 (European standard for safety in baby cots).
- High and bunk beds: EN 747 (openings, distances, stability, etc.).
- Changing tables: Tested for stability, surfaces, etc. according to the current European safety standard EN 12221
- Textiles & mattresses: OEKO-TEX® – tested for harmful chemicals.
Important for you:
- Pay attention to the mattress height in relation to the bed rail/side – we note this clearly so that your child always sleeps safely.
- The surface is painted with water-based, harmless varnish.
- All distances and openings follow the regulations to avoid choking and crushing hazards.
- The bed is tested for everyday life – including bedtime stories with mom or dad.
- Always read the instructions carefully and retighten screws/bolts regularly.
Do you need documentation? Write to us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the applicable test certificates.
If in doubt, always choose the proven safe solution.
Children cannot check standards themselves – that is our and your responsibility.
