About the product
Hoder is an elegant and functional bunk bed in Scandinavian design, created for the many needs of family life. Its calm expression and well-thought-out details create a safe environment for sleep, play, and togetherness – ideal for children's rooms where space needs to be utilized thoughtfully.
The bed comes with gables and backrests on both the upper and lower bunk, providing extra security and comfort for both small and older children. Furthermore, there is a front safety rail on the upper bunk. A harmonious solution for siblings sharing a room or for homes with overnight guests.
Hoder is part of Manis-h's flexible modular system and can be adapted as needs change. The bed can be divided into two single beds, converted into a single bed and a mid-sleeper, or further developed into a high sleeper or a new bunk bed combination. Additionally, a bed rail can be added to the lower bunk for extra safety.
The bed is available in a selection of calm and harmonious colors and can be expanded with functional add-ons such as drawers or a pull-out bed for extra storage and flexibility.
Please note, if you wish to have a safety rail on the lower bunk, it can be purchased separately - see safety rails here (remember small legs for mounting)

Safety & Requirements
Safety without compromise – your child's sleep is not the place to skimp
All our beds are tested and approved according to European requirements by the Danish Technological Institute:
- Baby cots: EN 716 (European standard for safety in baby cots).
- High and bunk beds: EN 747 (openings, distances, stability, etc.).
- Changing tables: Tested for stability, surfaces, etc. according to the current European safety standard EN 12221
- Textiles & mattresses: OEKO-TEX® – tested for harmful chemicals.
Important for you:
- Pay attention to the mattress height in relation to the bed rail/side – we note this clearly so that your child always sleeps safely.
- The surface is painted with water-based, harmless varnish.
- All distances and openings follow the regulations to avoid choking and crushing hazards.
- The bed is tested for everyday life – including bedtime stories with mom or dad.
- Always read the instructions carefully and retighten screws/bolts regularly.
Do you need documentation? Write to us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the applicable test certificates.
If in doubt, always choose the proven safe solution.
Children cannot check standards themselves – that is our and your responsibility.
